Can Usta (he/him) (b. 1983, Türkiye) is a London-based artist working across oil painting and works on paper.

His work is shaped by close observation, a restrained visual language, and an interest in light, form, and space. Working in small series, he often reduces subjects to their essential elements, creating compositions that are quiet, deliberate, and contemplative.

Alongside his work in design and technology, painting remains a long-term independent practice centred on material exploration, reflection, and the slow process of making.
